About Conference

Rabita al-Alam al-Islami (Muslim World League) and the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training are jointly organizing a 02-day International Conference in Islamabad on 11-12 January 2025. This will be a unique opportunity for scholars, intellectuals, academicians, and policymakers to engage in deliberations and suggest a way forward regarding female education in the Muslim world.

How to Reach the Conference Venues:

  • For International Participants: Private transportation will be arranged to and from the airport, as well as between the Hotels and the conference venues.
  • For Domestic Participants: Participants from within Pakistan are kindly requested to arrange their own transportation to the conference venues.

Additional Information:

  • Language: Simultaneous translation will be available in Arabic, English and Urdu.
  • Weather: Islamabad’s weather in January is expected to be cool, with daytime temperatures ranging between 17 – 20°C (62 – 68°F) and nighttime lows between 3 – 5°C (37 – 41°F). Light rain is possible, so we recommend you bring warm clothing and an umbrella.
